The Sabres are looking to replicate their success from earlier this week, while the Jets are desperate to snap a mini-skid on home ice.
Here is everything you need to know to catch the action live, including TV channels, streaming options, and a breakdown of the betting odds.

Game Preview: Sabres vs Jets Stats and Injuries
The Buffalo Sabres (11-12-4, 26 points) enter tonight’s game looking to find consistency on their road trip. They recently defeated the Jets 5-1 on Monday in Buffalo but stumbled in a 5-2 loss to Philadelphia on Wednesday. The Winnipeg Jets (13-12-1, 27 points) are currently 6th in the Central Division and are reeling from back-to-back losses, including a tight 3-2 shootout loss to Montreal.
Leading Scorers (2025-26 Season):
- Buffalo Sabres: Alex Tuch continues to lead the way with 24 points (9G, 15A), followed closely by Tage Thompson with 22 points (12G, 10A). Newcomer Josh Doan has been a revelation with 19 points.
- Winnipeg Jets: Mark Scheifele is pacing the offense with 34 points (14G, 20A). Kyle Connor remains an elite sniper with 14 goals and 32 points. Defenseman Josh Morrissey has contributed 23 points from the blue line.
Key Injuries: The injury bug has bitten both teams, but Winnipeg’s crease has taken the biggest hit.
- Jets: Star goaltender Connor Hellebuyck is out with a knee injury until at least January 2026. Defenseman Haydn Fleury is also questionable (concussion). Expect Eric Comrie to start in net against his former team.
- Sabres: Jiri Kulich remains out long-term (ear), and Justin Danforth is sidelined with a lower-body injury. However, the Sabres have recently welcomed Josh Norris into the lineup, adding depth down the middle.
Betting Prediction: Who Wins Tonight?
The oddsmakers have the Jets as home favorites despite their recent struggles and goaltending issues. The betting odds are Jets -145 with the O/U set at 6.5.
Personally, I’m looking at this line with a lot of skepticism. Laying -145 on a team without their Vezina-caliber goalie (Hellebuyck) feels risky, especially since Buffalo just dominated this matchup four days ago. However, the “revenge factor” in hockey is real. The Jets will be motivated to answer for that 5-1 drubbing. With Comrie likely in net for Winnipeg and Buffalo’s offense running hot and cold, I don’t trust the moneyline as much as the total. I expect a loose, high-event game. I’m fading the side and taking the Over 6.5 goals, predicting a chaotic 5-4 overtime win for the Jets.
